What can I say about this guy that hasn’t been said already? Dan is awesome and a great person to deal with, when trying to buy a home. His positive can do attitude is a welcome site and his knowledge of the subject and what works best for you as a home buyer are second to none. Dan is always easy to approach with whatever questions my wife and I had and always answered very promptly. Even on weekends and his honeymoon(cause it just so happened that our sale was supposedly going through during that time, but thankfully it got delayed so my agent didn’t need to bug him) he would take a few minutes, crunch some numbers for us and then get them to us. Thank you for being their for us Dan and making our home purchase run as smooth as possible!!!
