Getting pre-approved for a home loan or refinancing your current mortgage with Solcosta Home Loans is a simple two-step process.
Step 1: Complete your online loan application by clicking here. The online application can be completed on a mobile device, tablet, or desktop computer.
Step 2: After completing your online loan application, you will be prompted to upload specific financial documents and authorize payment for your credit report.
What happens after I apply?
After you submit your online application and upload your documents, Solcosta Home Loans will automatically get notified and we will begin reviewing your information. Our team will reach out to you to discuss your loan options within a few business days at most, but often it will be sooner. The entire pre-approval and loan process will be done virtually via our web portal, email, phone, and/or text message.
